Attendance Protocol for Tardies

Number of Unexcused Tardies Procedures:
- 5 Cumulative Unexcused Tardies per Semester *Ages 6-16: The school notifies parents by first class mail of the tardies and the summary of consequences.
- 10 Cumulative Unexcused Tardies per Semester *Ages 6-16: The Attendance/Residency Officer will report violations to the Student Attendance Protocol Committee to determine if court action will be pursued for formal intervention.
*After five (5) personal notes written by the parent/guardian for excused tardies, the school administration may request appropriate medical documentation upon return to school for the purpose of validating the tardies.
