FCBOE EMPLOYEE SELF SERVICE 

The website for Employee Self Service is https://fayetteboe.munisselfservice.com/login.aspx.

Your user name is your last name plus your FCBOE employee number. Your initial password is the  last four digits of your Social Security Number. If you have forgotten your password, all communications will go to your work email address. If this is your first login, you will  be prompted to change your password. 

You now have access to update and view information by selecting the various tabs on the left side of  the screen. The graduation cap in the upper left provides assistance for navigating the software. ESS  is also used for mileage and travel reimbursement. Instructions for travel expense payments are listed  on the Finance webpage, Travel Forms, and then ESS for Travel Reimbursement.

Log into Employee Self Service from the Fayette County Board of Education website 

Choose Employee Self Service

Choose Pay/Tax Information

Select W-2 

Click on View W-2 Image

You now have your Wage and Tax Statement (W-2) in a format suitable for use and printing
