REACHGa Scholarship Application

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION: May 16, 2025 

IMPORTANT!  Before applying, check your income eligibility (on pg.2)  Income eligibility documentation MUST be included with the completed application or student will not be considered. Examples of a few of the most commonly used acceptable types of documentation include: Free/Reduced lunch eligibility letter (received from FCPS School Nutrition Program district office); SNAP or TANF Eligibility letter.

TO FILL OUT AN APPLICATION,  click one of the application links below and follow these important steps:

OPTION 1:   
Print out all pages of the application and fill out in ink.  

**Teacher/community recommendations can be returned directly to Virginia Gibbs via email at gibbs.virginia@fcboe.org or sent through inter-county school mail, or regular mail to Virginia Gibbs at the LaFayette Educational Center at the address below, or included with the application.

OPTION 2:   
Download the application and open it in Adobe Acrobat.  Fill out blanks on the form, save, and then print out the completed form ready for signatures.  Sign and date all sections requiring a signature.

TO SUBMIT COMPLETED APPLICATION AND INCOME DOCUMENTATION: 
When ready to submit completed forms, include a copy of the application and income verification documentation. Completed forms can be submitted by:
