• How do I get my shirt and race bag?

• 
  Packet Pickup is Friday, December 1, 2023 in front of the school from 9am - 6pm.

• Can I register on packet pickup day or race day?

• Absolutely! We will accept registrations anytime. However, we cannot guarantee you a shirt. (We have never in 20+ years not provided a shirt to a registrant although we might not have your size if you wait too late.)

• How do I get a race number?

• Your race number will be with your race bag when you pick up your materials. We also include pins and even bells for your shoes so you can Jingle All The Way!!

• Do I have to run or can I walk?

• You do not have to run, you are welcome to walk. There will be a "sag wagon" bringing up the rear!

• Can I bring a stroller?

• You may bring a stroller, but please stay behind the faster runners. We don't want to cause a pile up!

• What will the T-shirt look like?

• We always provide a long-sleeved 100% cotton t-shirt to our runners. Our design will be revealed on Facebook when we get our first shipment of shirts!

• What is the course like?

• Our course is run partially on the road and partially on paved golf cart paths. There are some hills so keep something in reserve near the end! Take a look at the map below!

Friday, Dec. 1st 8am-6pm
Race day beginning at 7am

We will be in the school gym for packet pickup. Packets will include your t-shirt, bib number, and, of course, the bells for your shoes!  

Just a quick reminder that race bags will not be sent home with students before the race. Instead, you can pick them up on Friday, 12/6 from 8:00 AM to 6 PM in the PCES gym, as well as on race day starting at 7AM. If you have any questions, feel free to email white.amanda@fcboe.org.

Parking is available across the street at the church and at Riley Field beside the school. Golf cart parking will be available on the grassy area beside the school.

Our fabulous volunteers from the PTC Running Club will be on hand to help direct parking!

Come early and carpool if possible!
